Established in 2015 by the name of LA’S Kitchen. I recently revamped the entire kitchen with more character “ByLAonline.com.” LA is known for soul food and cakes. But this time around our specialties are large pound cakes & mini pound cakes of many flavors and your favorite toppings! It’s this standard of excellence that has provided the impetus for us to grow into the business we are today. Do you have a customer refund policy if cake is damaged during shipment?
A photo will be taken before the cake ships to buyer. During this process of shipment, cakes are put on a shipping conveyor line then sent to customer. Due to food being sent via Mail no refund will be issued but a replaced cake will be sent. Customer has 1 hour after the delivery of your package to send photos of the damaged cake. Replacement cakes will not be issued if “YOU DONT LIKE THE TASTE OF THE CAKE!” My apologies if you don’t like the taste.
What if I am not satisfied with ByLAonline.com?
If you’re not satisfied with the customer service giving by BYLAONLINE please email LAPR0910@gmail.com & or leave comment in description box. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you BIEU BY LA deliver locally?
Yes BIEU BY LA deliver locally with a $70.00 cake minimum to someone ’s place of work. Delivery fee based on how far of the destination for the cake to be delivered. Please remember add drop off location & or email drop off location to make sure it can be delivered. If it can’t be delivered it will be sent via mail.
How much is shipping fee on website?
Shipping fee on orders online is $5.00. Please include your address before closing order & or email LAPR0910@gmail.com with shipping address.
How long is shipping?
Shipping takes 2-3 days during the week. Bakery is closed on Sundays along with postal services. Holidays are not included in shipping days

You can trust us to supply you with the best pound cake & as well as top quality customer service. Flat rate of $5.00 per cake when delivered locally. Local deliveries only. Anything outside 20 mile radius will have to be shipped. Minimum of 2+ orders has to be placed in order to be delivered to workplace + delivery fee.
